He is Mohammed Bin Ali Bin Khalifa Al Dhaheri. He was born in approximately 1905. He was one of the zakat workers during the era of Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. He was nicknamed (Baqi’an) and was known for his skill in taming horses.
